Shipping and Receiving
Most game tables ship via freight. Freight delivery processes are far different than the regular UPS/Fedex deliveries many customers are accustomed to. As a result, it is imperative you read all the details in the Shipping & Returns Policy. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed with the Shipping & Returns Policies in their entirety.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. By placing an order you acknowledge that the item is able to maneuver / fit in your home and any returns as a result of size will be your responsibility.
Your order will ship within 4-5 business days from the date of your order, although we strive to fulfill all customer’s orders as soon as possible. Your product will arrive within 7-10 business days with no guarantees.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 being shipped within the contiguous United States of America. For orders of $100 or more that require shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, all off-shore United States territories, and internationally, a shipping surcharge will apply. Orders that total less than $100 will be quoted a shipping charge at checkout.
Your order will be shipped via either UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS or a Freight carrier for large items. The default shipping option is curbside delivery. It's the customer responsibility to make arrangements to get the product inside the house and to assemble it. By ordering from Egametablesports, you are acknowledging that the product is able to fit through your doorways. If the product arrives and is too large to maneuver inside, any fees associated with returning it are your responsibility. For more delivery options please contact our customer service.
- All heavy items are shipped via freight--delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days.
- Please feel free to inquire if you do not receive the tracking information, since the email may sometimes end up in junk or other folders.
- Shipping lead times may be longer than usual during holiday/rush periods, or supplier's warehouse backlogs. We will immediately inform you if this is the case and obtain your permission to proceed.
**Please note some items, such as Shuffleboard Table orders may take longer than 5 business days to ship, as we need to ensure they are crated safely to avoid transit damage. Customized items also possess lead times of approximately 2 weeks as they are built to order in the USA. Custom stain/length items may not be canceled once in production**
** Please not that some items such as Champion Shuffleboard, Connelly Billiard Tables, and Valley Dynamo products are not typically in stock and may need to be custom built. As a result it could take 2-6 weeks.
Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, we will send you tracking information to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upgraded shipping options
"Inside Delivery" and "White Glove Delivery" are available at the checkout process for an extra charge. Some products are not eligible for upgraded shipping. In a situation that you placed an order with upgraded shipping and it's not eligible, we will process the order with "Curbside Delivery" and we won't charge you for the extra shipping option.
- FREE Curbside Delivery (Unload Myself): the driver is not obligated to help you remove the item from the truck. Please make sure you have a delivery dock or a liftgate and friends to help you, if you choose this option.
- Curbside Liftgate Delivery (Most Popular): the driver will help you remove the item from the truck and leave it on the ground. It’s your responsibility to take care of the rest.
- Front Door Delivery: the driver is required to remove the item from the truck and put it in front of your door or garage. It’s your responsibility to take care of the rest.
- White Glove Delivery: the driver will move the item into the building and leave it in the room you choose. Assembly may be included, depending on the product. Price of this service may vary depending on many factors, we will contact you to discuss it.
Does delivery include setup?
Since the standard delivery method is curbside, it does not include set up. If you require professional setup, we recommend you find a local installer near you and negotiate their rate to save you money.
We also partner with a nationwide network of professional installers. Some of our pool tables and shuffleboard tables require professional installation to ensure proper playability. White glove delivery and installation includes delivery to your room of choice, unpacking of the product, assembly, leveling, and removal of packing materials and debris. White glove delivery and installation is quoted for standard delivery and setup in a residential setting. Some obstacles such as stairs, stairwells, pathway obstructions and other non standard conditions will incur additional charges.

Most of the Egametablesports products ship via fully insured ground freight. If you note damages accordingly, we are able to quickly solve any issues and send out replacement parts and provide our world-class customer service!
Shipping Receiving Instructions
All orders from Egametablesports which require shipping are subject to the following shipping guidelines. Please read this carefully, if you do not report damage to your products according to the proper protocol you waive your liability to file shipping insurance and Egametablesports will not be responsible for damages or filing concealed damage.
Here's How To Properly Receive Your Poker And Game Tables
Inspect all boxes and make sure you have all the pieces from your order. Check the bill of lading from the delivery company to make sure you have all your boxes. Report any missing boxes to the driver and NOTE ON THE BILL OF LADING. Get it in writing!
Next, inspect all the boxes for anything that looks like damage. If you receive a punctured or smashed box, open it and make sure that there is no damage. In the event of damage, you must report it to the driver and NOTE ON THE BILL OF LADING. If you do not note the damage on the bill of lading you are confirming that you received the goods in perfect condition and you released the shipping company of any liability on the shipment.
Note the damage to the driver and make sure you have it in writing on the bill of lading and delivery paperwork. Send an email to email@example.com along with photos of the damage and we will make sure your replacement pieces get arranged to be shipped out quickly.
DO NOT accept the damaged box, send it back with the driver. Please keep the boxes which are in good condition.
